  • This card works well with "Phantom Skyblaster", since its effect allows you to summon Level 4 Tokens up to the number of Monsters you control, you can return "Phantom Skyblaster" to your hand after Normal Summoning it to Special Summon "Birdman" and then perform a Level 7 Synchro summon. This card also works well with Effect Monsters who's effects activate when they are Normal Summoned, such as "Fortune Lady Wind".
  • You can use this card to recycle the effects of Effect monsters that only activate when they are Tribute Summoned by returning the Tribute Summoned monster to your hand and Normal Summon it again by Tributing this card (This combo can be used with Monarchs or even "Swift Birdman Joe").
  • Special Summon this card by its own effect, then discard the monster returned to your hand for the effect of "Genex Ally Axel", allowing you to Special Summon a monster for the appropriate Synchro level. This will allow you to Synchro Summon a monster between Levels 4 and 7.
  • Combine this card with monster stealing cards like "Mind Control", "Enemy Controller", etc. Swipe their monster, then return it to their hand while summoning a potentially 1900 ATK Tuner.
  • If you use two copies of "Birdman", "Imperial Iron Wall", and "Cyber Summon Blaster", you can create an infinite burn combo. While you have both traps face-up, Normal Summon one "Birdman", then Special Summon the second by returning the first to your hand. Then, Special Summon the first by returning the second to your hand. Because "Imperial Iron Wall" prevents "Birdman" from removing itself from play, it will return to your hand as normal. This allows you to Special Summon each Birdman as many times as you need for "Cyber Summon Blaster" to reduce your opponent's Life Points to zero.
  • This card works well in a "Monarch" deck.
