- Use Big Bang Shot, Fairy Meteor Crush or Dragon's Rage to consistently Mill your opponent's Deck.
- You can easily Synchro Summon this Monster in a Dragon-type deck, with Magna Drago and a Level 4 Dragon like Luster Dragon.
- You can easily synchro summon this monster with Marauding Captain effect, first normal summon marauding Captain, then special summon Iron Chain Coil (or lv3 tuner-monster)from your hand.
- It may be a tad dangerous to use this Monster against a Lightsworn deck, who benefits of Mill effects, but it can also causes enemy deck out.
- Try combining this Monster effect with Skull Invitation and/or Mystical Thorn.
