"Junk Warrior":
  • Using "The Calculator" along with this card is incredibly effective, especially if you just try to summon monsters with high levels such as "Dark Magician" and "Elemental Hero Neos" that can stay out and be useful other than to increase "The Calculator's" ATK and, by extension of his effect, "Junk Warrior's" ATK.
    • And the topic of easy High Level monsters, two of the best for this are "Exodius the Ultimate Forbidden Lord" and "Metal Reflect Slime". In the former's case, you will also recycle any of your dead monsters back to your Deck. In both cases you will add another 10 Levels under your control giving "The Calculator" an instant 3000 boost. This in turn will be added to "Junk Warrior". Using the combo with "Junk Synchron" and "Inferno Reckless Summon", you can end up with at least two 5700 ATK "Calculators" and "Junk Warrior" at 13700 ATK.
  • This card works well with "Tragoedia" with its level copying ability, (copy a low level monster in your Graveyard).
  • This card can work well in a "Frog" Deck, since "Frog" monsters are mostly Level 2 and can have high ATK due to "Wetlands".
  • This card combos well with "Nimble Momonga" and "Giant Germ". By setting it and having it destroyed, two more of that monster are Special Summoned. Then, during your next turn, summon "Junk Synchron" and revive the third, and offer them both, summoning Junk Warrior with at least 4300 ATK.
  • If you have a Level 2 monster in your Graveyard before you Summon "Junk Warrior", use "Graceful Revival" to Special Summon that Level 2 monster for "Junk Warrior's" effect. You can even chain "Graceful Revival" to the triggering of "Junk Warrior's" summoning effect (in this way you can even bring back the very Level 2 monster that was used for the Synchro Summon).
  • Since whatever you Summon with "Junk Synchron" has its effects negated, you likely can use it with "Inferno Reckless Summon" to summon 2 more copies of summoned monster, resulting in almost certain kill after the Synchro Summon.
  • Using 3 copies of "Witch's Apprentice" will boost the ATK of this card to 9950 since 3 copies of "Witch's Apprentice" increase the ATK of all face-up DARK monsters by 1500 in total.
  • You can make a great combo with "Junk Synchron", "Inferno Reckless Summon", "Star Boy" and "Wetlands" to get a "Junk Warrior" with 12050 ATK.
  • This card is good within a "Frog" deck since "Frogs" can easily swarm with "Substitoad". Also, "Wetlands" will give "Junk Warrior" an extra 1200 attack for each frog on the field. Combine this with the "Star Boy" strategy above and you'll have a monster with a high ATK.
  • Use "Triangle Power" before summoning "Junk Synchron" to increase its ATK by 2000 points for each level 1 monster you control. This also removes all level 1 monsters from your side of the field before your opponent's turn, so they cannot be used as easy attack targets.
  • (If you have "Quillbolt Hedgehog", "Speed Warrior", "Junk Synchron, and Graceful Charity.)
    • Use "Graceful Charity" to draw 3 cards and discard "Quillbolt Hedgehog" and "Speed Warrior" and Normal Summon "Junk Synchron" and use "Quillbolt Hedgehog's" effect and Special Summon it and use "Junk Synchron's" to Summon "Speed Warrior" and tune "Junk Synchron" and "Quillbolt Hedgehog" and Synchro Summon "Junk Warrior" and it's ATK will become 3200. (Traditional Format)
  • If you have at least 3 "Ojamas" on the field, and used "Shield & Sword" before Synchro Summoning this card, it can get a boost of 3000 ATK.
  • You can Synchro Summon "Junk Warrior" 3 times by having "Level Eater", "Quickdraw Synchron" and "Inferno Reckless Summon". First discard "Level Eater" to Special Summon "Quickdraw Synchron" from your hand and use "Inferno Reckless Summon" to Special Summon 2 other "Quickdraw Synchrons" when Special Summon "Level Eater" with its effect by lower "Quickdraw Synchron" level by one, Synchro Summon "Junk Warrior" with "Quickdraw Synchron" and "Level Eater" and do that two times more so have you 3 "Junk Warrior" on the field.
    • Having a Level 1 or 2 monster out for this will give you three ATK increases.
