* "[[Chain Destruction]]" together with this card can become a good combo but requires a good timing, first if an important monster on their themed deck is summoned in any way (e.g. "[[Zombie Master]]" or "[[Mezuki]]" of Zombie Deck, "[[Gladiator Beast Laquari]]" or "[[Gladiator Beast Bestiari]]" of Gladiator Beast Deck (Take Note that Don't use Chain Destruction in response on Special Summon of "[[Gladiator Beast Laquari]]" by the effect of a Gladiator Beast or else you'll miss the timing, instead activate this card already)), activate Chain Destruction (don't chain Karma Cut with this card or else you'll miss the timing since the effect of Chain Destruction still will still not send them to the graveyard in response of a chain and it will only remove 1 monster instead of all monsters thrown in the graveyard). If the effect of Chain Destruction resolves, activate Karma Cut aftewards so that it will not only remove the monster you want on the field it will also remove all monster with the same name present in the graveyard.

  • Karma Cut does not negate attacks. If a monster attacks, and Karma Cut is activated in response. The monster will be removed from play but, the attack will still go through because the attack was never negated.
  • This card works well against "Light and Darkness Dragon". Chain "Karma Cut" to the negation effect of "Light and Darkness Dragon" to remove it from play, saving yourself from anymore negation as well as preventing its third effect.
    • "Karma Cut" card will also stop your opponent from adding any copies of "Light and Darkness Dragon" from their Graveyard to their Deck with cards such as "Pot of Avarice" and "The Transmigration Prophecy".
  • This card also works well against "Harpies". Most Harpies-based decks employ "Hysteric Party", which means the opponent will want to fill their graveyard with "Harpies". By playing this, you can completely destroy that strategy.
  • Zombie monsters especially "Zombie Master", "Mezuki" and "Goblin Zombie" will become their worst enemy once this is triggered against them on the field. it will become more painful once one or more of one of them are present in the graveyard.
  • "Chain Destruction" together with this card can become a good combo but requires a good timing, first if an important monster on their themed deck is summoned in any way (e.g. "Zombie Master" or "Mezuki" of Zombie Deck, "Gladiator Beast Laquari" or "Gladiator Beast Bestiari" of Gladiator Beast Deck (Take Note that Don't use Chain Destruction in response on Special Summon of "Gladiator Beast Laquari" by the effect of a Gladiator Beast or else you'll miss the timing, instead activate this card already)), activate Chain Destruction (don't chain Karma Cut with this card or else you'll miss the timing since the effect of Chain Destruction still will still not send them to the graveyard in response of a chain and it will only remove 1 monster instead of all monsters thrown in the graveyard). If the effect of Chain Destruction resolves, activate Karma Cut afterwards so that it will not only remove the monster you want on the field it will also remove all monster with the same name present in the graveyard.
