The Second National Tournament prize cards are set of cards that were given away at the Second National Tournament (also translated as Second National Conference), a tournament held on March 19, 2000.[citation needed]
These cards are the caricature promo versions of pre-existing monster cards—Saggi the Dark Clown, Skull Knight and Mountain Warrior—with the names and faces of the tournament winners used for their creation. "Masahiro the Dark Clown" was given to the champion, "Yasushi the Skull Knight" to second place, and "Tomohiro the Mountain Warrior" to third place.
Kevin Tewart has stated that these cards are fake;[1] however, they are listed on the Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG Asia Restricted Card List for the 2010 World Championship Series.[2]
