This card's attack is too low for it to reliably destroy a monster as a result of battle (simply destroying a monster by a result of it's effect doesn't count). Consider using "Level Up!" instead.
Alternatively, consider using "Command Knight" or "Marauding Captain" to protect it. The latter is particularly effective since you can Summon it, then Special Summon this card and attack your opponent's Set monster, clearing the path for "Captain".
You can still use "Swords of Concealing Light" to flip your opponent's monsters in face-down Defense Position, and attack them one by one, with some sort of defense like "Scrap-Iron Scarecrow" since your opponent can't flip its monsters, and it can only attack you with a monster it Summons during its turn.
This card's effect can be used each turn with "Tsukuyomi".
