Card Tips:Rock Bombardment
- This card can be searched by "Trap Trick", "Trap Tracks", "Lady Labrynth of the Silver Castle", "Lilith, Lady of Lament", "Triple Tactics Thrust", "Angel of Blue Tears", "Farewelcome Labrynth", "Labrynth Set-Up", and other generic searchers.
- This card can be used with "Monster Reincarnation" to add monsters like "Valkyrion the Magna Warrior" or "Megarock Dragon" to your hand.
- Use "Rock Bombardment" along with cards like "Call of the Haunted" to special summon strong Rock-Type monsters.
- Cards used for the effect of this card can be used to power up "Megarock Dragon", and if removed for its summon, resummoned with "Release from Stone".
- In addition, this card is useful for filling your graveyard with EARTH monsters to remove to summon cards such as "The Rock Spirit", "Gigantes" and "Gigastone Omega" (as the vast majority of Rock types are also EARTH attribute).
- This card can be used to help to fuel the maintenance cost of "Gaia Plate the Earth Giant".
- This card can help you to Summon "Evil Hero Dark Gaia", by using it to send any Rock-Type monster you desire to the Graveyard in order to use it as Fusion Material for "Dark Gaia" with the effect of "Dark Calling".
- Use this card to provide targets for the effect of "Block Golem".
- This card is useful alongside "Revival Golem". If it's threatened by Spell/Trap removal, you can just chain this card, dealing 500 damage to your opponent and getting a "free" 2100 DEF wall. In the same fashion, you can easily respond to an attack with this card, activating Golem's effect. A sudden 2100 DEF monster on what seemed a clear field can ruin your opponent's plans. Then you can use "Revival Golem" as a material for a Tribute, Synchro or Xyz Summon.
- Note that because sending a Rock-Type monster from your Deck to the Graveyard is a Cost, it cannot be negated. Therefore, you can use this card with "Revival Golem" or "Tackle Crusader" to protect yourself even against "Royal Decree", "Trap Stun" or "Wiretap".
