• If your opponent controls a "Hex-Sealed Fusion" monster, use this card with one of your Fusion-Materials to pre-empt their Summon and get your Fusion Monster.

• You can also use it very effectively if your opponent has taken control of one of your Fusion Material Monsters.

• This card works well with "DNA Surgery", allowing you to clear your opponent's field and Summon cards like "Five-Headed Dragon" and "Chimeratech Overdragon".

• This card can completely devastate Horus decks since its trump card, "Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV8", cannot negate Super Polymerization. And it can easily be stolen for the Fusion Summon of "Five-Headed Dragon".

• This card makes a good Side Deck card to use against an opponent who plays Machine-type monsters if you play "Cyber Dragon" in your Deck.

• You can use this in an Elemental Hero Deck, as many of the newer Elemental Heroes only require an Elemental Hero monster and a monster of a specific attribute.

• Activating this card after you've activated "Chain Material" can let you drop a massive Fusion Monster on your opponent during their turn, while also thinning cards out of your Deck.

• One tactic you may like to use with this card is to activate this card as Chain Link 2 when you foresee your opponent adding another card to the chain which would combo well with Chain Link 1. "Super Polymerization's" effect will then prevent them from using the second card for their combo.

• This card's discard use can actually be put to good use when summoning cards like "Cyberdark Dragon", you can discard a card like "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" or "Tyrant Dragon" to power up "Cyberdark Dragon".

• Since this card is a Quick-Play Spell Card, you can use it on your Battle Phase to get an extra hit, or to save your monsters from cards like "Sakuretsu Armor" or "Mirror Force". This combo is specially useful with "Multiple Piece Golem": Since you had "Big Piece Golem" and "Medium Piece Golem", is more than likely that you have "Small Piece Golem" too. Using "Super Polymerization" on this situation will allow you to get 4 attacks instead of 3. Also, at the end of your Battle Phase, you can return "Multiple Piece Golem" to your Extra Deck, allowing you to Special Summon "Big Piece Golem", "Medium Piece Golem", and due to the effect of the latter, maybe even another "Small Piece Golem".

• Activate "Ojama Trio" and use the opponent's "Ojama Token"s to Special Summon "Ojama Knight". Alternately, Special Summon two copies of "Ojamagic" with "Magical Hats", and then use them to Special Summon "Ojama Knight".

• Use with "Mystic Box" or "Creature Swap" by giving 1 Fusion Material Monster you control to your opponent. Then use Super Polymerization, since you can use your opponent's monsters as Fusion Material Monsters.
