- This card can be searched by "Serpentine Princess", "Vampire Dragon", "Where Arf Thou?", "Wolf in Sheep's Clothing", "One for One", "Flying Kamakiri #1", "Kujakujaku", "Shrine of Mist Valley", "Divine Wind of Mist Valley", "Botanical Girl", "Violet Witch", "Lonefire Blossom", "Chirubimé, Princess of Autumn Leaves", "Sylvan Cherubsprout", "Mount Sylvania" and "Sylvan Flowerknight".
- "Magical Merchant" can help trigger this card's effect, as well as the effects of the other "Sylvan" monsters.
- Special Summon "Lonefire Blossom", "Copy Plant" or "Spore" from Graveyard when this card excavated to easily Summon Xyz Monster you want.
- Use "Lonefire Blossom" effect and Special Summon a monster which have the same Level as "Sylvan" monster that excavate this card, then use them for Xyz Summon.
- Change the level of "Copy Plant" to match the level of "Sylvan" monster that excavate this card.
- Tune "Spore" with "Sylvan" monster that excavate this card and Summon a Synchro Monster you want. After that banish the other material from Graveyard and Special Summon "Spore" back to the field. Now your "Spore" will have the same Level as your Synchro Monster so you can use them for Xyz Summon.
- Special Summon this card by the effect of "Sylvan Cherubsprout" to trigger its effect.
