- This card can be searched by "Terraforming", "Demise of the Land", "Pop-Up", "Ancient Fairy Dragon", "Madolche Butlerusk", "An Owl of Luck", and "Planet Pathfinder".
- Since only one copy of this card can be activated per Duel, if you plan to use these searchers it may be best to run this with a Deck that uses other Field Spells to give your cards more targets.
- Use this card in Decks that don't need to Fusion, Synchro or Xyz Summon regularly.
- Simply play another Field Spell Card when this card's negative effect becomes too much of a burden for you.
- Use "Mind Control" to take control on one of the opponent's Special Summoned monsters, then activate this card to destroy it.
- Use card effects that change your monsters' ATK to manipulate the monsters your opponent can attack.
- If you control only 2 face-up monsters that have the same ATK, this will prevent your opponent from attacking.
- Use "Alchemy Cycle" to make all your monsters' ATK the same for a turn.
- If your Special Summoned monsters are destroyed by this card's activation, you can use cards that activate or can be activated when monsters are destroyed, like "Michizure", "Interplanetarypurplythorny Dragon", or "Meklord Emperors".
- Use "Magic Deflector" or "World Suppression" to negate this card's effects for a turn, to free up Special Summons for the owner from the Extra Deck.
- Using either card in response to The Seal will prevent your monsters from being destroyed.
- Be wary when using these cards, as the opponent may take this opportunity to try and destroy this card.
- While this card can only be activated once per Duel, "Pseudo Space" can be used to replicate its effect for a turn after it is destroyed. Moreover, replicating the effect will not destroy your Special Summoned monsters.
- This card can work well with Special Summoned monsters that can protect themselves from this card's destruction effect.
- Special Summon "Wind-Up Zenmaines" and activate this card, allowing you to destroy an opponent's card at the end of the turn.
- Use "Forbidden Lance" or "Interdimensional Matter Transporter" to prevent a Special Summoned monster from being destroyed by the effects of this card. Remember that Xyz Monsters will lose their Xyz Material if you use the latter card, however.
- Use "Malefic Stardust Dragon" or "Field Barrier" to protect this card from further destruction, since this card can only protect itself once per turn.
- Summon "Papa-Corn" while this card is on the field. Its effect combined with this card will give it 2700 ATK.
- Summon "The Dark Creator" after activating this card to swarm the field with powerful monsters, preferably ones with even higher ATK to protect "The Dark Creator" with.
- Use "Valhalla, Hall of the Fallen" to Special Summon powerful Fairy-type monsters after activating this card.
- Use this card in a "Watt" deck. It will protect your "Watthopper", which in turn protects the rest of your monsters, and the direct attacks from your monsters will deal more damage.
- Use this card with the effect of "Lightray Daedalus" to destroy 2 cards while this card remains protected by its own effect.
- Activate this card to destroy your "Andro Sphinx" and "Sphinx Teleia", so you can Special Summon "Theinen the Great Sphinx".
- Activate this card to destroy "Yubel" or "Yubel - Terror Incarnate" and activate their effects.
- Ritual Summon "Divine Grace - Northwemko" and target this card with its effect to protect it from destruction by card effects.
- The "Duston" archetype can benefit from this card, abusing both the defensive support to buy time and the offensive support for ending the game quicker.
- This card works well with "Monarch" monsters, since they tend to have identical ATK.
- Use this to destroy a Special Summon Lightpulsar Dragon to trigger its effect, summoning a powerful Dark High-level Dragon; preferently Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon.
- Use get this card to get rid of pesky monsters like Number 30: Acid Golem of Destruction that your opponent "gifted to you" with cards like Creature Swap.
Playing against "The Seal of Orichalcos"
- Use a card effect that returns this card to the hand or Deck, such as "Murmur of the Forest", or banishes this card, such as "Caius the Shadow Monarch", to bypass its ability to prevent its own destruction.
- Fittingly, Special Summoning a "Legendary Knight" will allow its effect to banish this card.
- Counter Trap Cards such as "Magic Jammer" or "Dark Bribe" can negate the activation of this card and destroy it before any of its effects can apply.
- Field Spell Cards must fully resolve before their effects can be applied, so chaining a "Mystical Space Typhoon" or "Dust Tornado" to this card's activation will destroy this card.
