- Equipping Equip Spell cards to your monster with 2nd highest attack will give you the chance to use its attack bonus twice.
- "Pole Position" will always make this card immune to Spell Cards.
- This card works well with "Raregold Armor," "Metalsilver Armor," and "Ultimate Offering."
- Due to the continuous effect of "The Wicked Avatar," it is unaffected by the ATK and DEF changes in Equip cards, making "Twin Swords of Flashing Light - Tryce" and "Shooting Star Bow - Ceal" very useful with this card. This also makes it immune to Venom Swamp, no matter how many Venom Counters are on it.
- If you have an "Armityle the Chaos Phantom", this card's attack is 10100 for your turns.
- Phantom of Chaos can be used to gain this card's Attack as well as boost this card's Attack for a single turn.
- A good strategy would be to use Fusion Guard to send Armityle the Chaos Phantom from your extra deck to your graveyard,then summon Phantom of Chaos and remove 'Armityle' to increase Phantom of Chaos's ATK to 10,000. Then bring out The Wicked Avatar. It will have at least 10,100 ATK!!
- Phantom of Chaos can be used to gain this card's Attack as well as boost this card's Attack for a single turn.
- With this card on your side of the field you can get rid of your opponent's Vennominaga the Deity of Poisonous Snakes quite easily as you will always be able to destroy her in battle.
- Use Double Coston or Giant Germ to make its Summon easier.
- Equip Rod of the Mind's Eye and instead of inflicting 100 damage when you destroy the opposing monster, you'll inflict 1000 damage instead.
- Tribute summon this card with Hardened Armed Dragon to make this card virtually unstoppable as the attack of this card will always be higher and it will be immune to all destruction cards.
- Use this strategy above along with the trap card Pole Position so this card is not at risk of being targeted by spell cards that don't destroy it like Creature Swap.
- Once The Wicked Avatar is on the field, you can summon The Calculator to take advantage of "both" the Avatar and the Calculator's special effects.
- Use with Satellite Cannon; every turn both will gain 1000 ATK, so long as you don't attack with Satellite Cannon.
- (Traditional Format only) This card works well with "Last Turn".
