- This card can be searched by "Dogu", "Single Purchase", "Toon Mask", "Toon Dark Magician", "Toon Table of Contents", "Archfiend Heiress", "Pandemonium" and "Chaos Zone".
- Since "Toon Summoned Skull" is a Fiend-type monster, you can banish "Evil Hero Infernal Gainer" to have this card attack your opponents life points twice, each battle phase as long as "Toon Summoned Skull" remains face up on the field.
- Additionally, since it is a Level 6 Fiend-type, it can be used as Fusion Material for "Evil HERO Malicious Fiend." The fact that it can be searched from the Deck via "Toon Table of Contents" makes it highly useful for this purpose.
- As a searchable Fiend-type with high ATK, it also works as a good Fusion Material for "Evil HERO Dark Gaia."
- Additionally, since it is a Level 6 Fiend-type, it can be used as Fusion Material for "Evil HERO Malicious Fiend." The fact that it can be searched from the Deck via "Toon Table of Contents" makes it highly useful for this purpose.
- Because this card is an Archfiend it works with "Archfiend's Roar", "Checkmate" and "Battle-Scarred".
- Use "Soul Exchange" to summon this card because you can't attack when it's summoned anyway.
- You can also tribute tokens for this card to be summoned since it's not a regular tribute summon. "Scapegoat" and "Fires of Doomsday" are great cards for getting Tokens.
- Since this card is both a Toon monster and an "Archfiend" monster, you can utilize "Falling Down" and "Comic Hand" (since you need to control "Toon World" anyway to keep this card on the field), essentially allowing your deck to run 6 slightly watered-down copies of the currently Forbidden "Snatch Steal".
