- This card can be searched via "Witch of the Black Forest".
- You can discard Sinister Serpent so you can get it back during your next turn and then use Tribe-Infecting Virus' effect again.
- Also comboes with Light of Intervention or Ceasefire.
- Activate Rivalry of Warlords to force your opponent into making all their monsters a certain type.
- You can use DNA Surgery, to destroy all monsters on the field if you are in a hard situation.
- You can also combo this card with several Volcanic cards such as Volcanic Shell and Volcanic Scattershot instead of using Blaze Accelerator or Tri-Blaze Accelerator. This way you can clear the field while keeping good card advantage and still be able to attack.
