Summon this card and then use "Chain Destruction" to destroy two more from your Deck, and cause your opponent to mill 6 cards. When this card is later destroyed, the opponent will mill 3 more.
you could use "Inferno Reckless Summon" before chain destruction in a chain, so they would be sent to the graveyard, and then summoned back.
Combine this card with "Assault on GHQ" to mill 5 cards from your opponent's Deck.
In that case, chain it to when your opponent is going to destroy Warm Worm with a card effect, both wasting their card and activating your own effects.
Use its effect by banishing three monsters from your Graveyard with "Skull Lair". Banish "Necroface" for additional milling.
