- This card's Japanese name is a play on words based on "vaccine" and the renowned American nurse Florence Nightingale.
- This card can be considered as the counter of "Super Crashbug", as its effect negates the effect of "Super Crashbug". Also this monster was summoned using the "Debugger" series monsters which are also considered as counterparts to the "Crashbug" series.
- Also the combined ATK & DEF for both "Antidote Nurse" and "Super Crashbug" is 3000 and both of them are of the opposite attribute to each other.
