- Kogarashi is a cold, whithering wind that occurs in the early season of winter in Japan.
- This is the second high level Blackwing Tuner. The first being "Blackwing - Hiren the Sudden Gust".
- This card is currently the only Level 6 Tuner.
- This is also the first Tuner that your opponent can use as Synchro Material.
- This may be reflected by this card's name, in that it can "wander" between either player for use as Synchro Material.
