• Kogarashi is a cold, whithering wind that occurs in the early season of winter in Japan.
• This is the second high level Blackwing Tuner. The first being "Blackwing - Hiren the Sudden Gust".
• This card is currently the only Level 6 Tuner.
• This is also the first Tuner that your opponent can use as Synchro Material.
  • However, this effect only exists in the anime. The OCG version had this effect removed.
• This is the second Strongest non Synchro Blackwing monster.
• This card's first effect is similar to the Machine Emperors, though this card can only be special summoned if its a Blackwing that is destroyed by a card effect.
