Card Trivia:Cyclon Laser
- "Cyclon Laser" is a misspelling of "Cyclone Laser."
- Cyclone Laser only ever appeared in Gradius III as an actual named laser. In games where the player can upgrade to a "level 2" of a given weapon, the laser typically turns into the Cyclone Laser. Laser itself has multiple hitboxes, and Cyclone Laser hits harder per hitbox, an effect that was loosely translated into the card game as piercing defense.
- Victory Viper XX03 has a watered down effect built in, but the power boost is greater.
