  • This card's name is based on the Leviathan, a mythological creature of the sea.
  • "Gishki Avance" could have been used to the Ritual Summon of this card, since they both have the same sword and similar appearance.
    • It can be said that, when "Gishki Avance" was retiring from the Gishki he was then betrayed and transformed by a ritual into "Evigishki Levianima"... then, his sister or relative, "Gishki Natalia", took his sword and tried to kill Levianima and/or the Gishki but then she was murdered by them and that's why she's a Spirit Monster.
  • The antlers and facial features indicate that "Gishki Beast" could have been the other monster used in the Ritual Summon of this Monster.
    • However, The red hair that looks like from Laval Forest Sprite and the rock-like torso that may come from Laval Miller could hint that the lavals are used for this card's ritual.
  • If you look closely, you will notice that the "Gishki Photomirror" is in this card's background and on the chest of this monster.
