The hand holding the coin is wearing a wrist cuff that resembles the one shown in the artwork of "Dramatic Rescue".
This card's artwork is one of the few times that the cards pictured do not resemble Yu-Gi-Oh! cards; however, the two players depicted do indeed have hands with six and two cards in them, respectively, which reflects this card's activation requirement.
The Spanish print of this card has an errata, as it shows "sáltate" ("skip") as "saltate". Likewise, it shares with many old cards of the TCG Spanish branch the lack of a diacritic acute accent in the word "solo" ("only", currently rendered as "sólo").
