• Though slightly useless when it first came out (and somewhat is now thanks to cards like "Soul Release", etc), this is the first card that allowed a player to remove cards from play.

• • This card was likely designed to counter "Monster Reborn", as it only removed monsters from play.

• This card has a more common and more versatile counterpart in "Soul Release".
  • It would also later on have a weaker counterpart that is a Trap Card, "Disappear".
