"Gryphon Wing":

A Gryphon is a legendary Greek creature with the head, talons, and wings of an eagle and the body of a lion, as pictured on the card.

This card is one of four cards that were created to counter one specific card, each of which were eventually Limited or Forbidden. The others are "Anti Raigeki", "White Hole", and "Jar Robber".
