- This card seems to be the Earth as it appears in Paradox's time; the yellow circle at the top is very similar to the colour of its atmosphere.
- This card also resembles a Malefic version of "Future Fusion".
- The TCG/OCG effect of this card is the similar to the effect of "Power Tool Dragon".
- "Malefic World" is the only Field Spell Card in the TCG/OCG that allows you to use its effect instead of conducting your normal draw during Draw Phase.
