- This card seems to be the Earth as it appears in Paradox's time; the yellowy circle at the top is very similar to the colour of its atmosphere.
- It also resembles "Future Fusion".
- This card also resembles a "Malefic" version of Speed World 2.
- The OCG/TCG effect of this card is the similar to the effect of Power Tool Dragon.
- "Malefic World" is the only Field Spell Card in the entire "Yu-Gi-Oh" card game that allows you to use its effect instead of conducting your normal draw during Draw Phase.
