- "Berfomet" and "Elemental Hero Avian" are featured in this card's artwork.
- The 1000 damage this card's effect inflicts reflects how the card was used in the anime. Its anime effect inflicted damage based on the ATK of the attack target, and it was activated in response to "Avian" being attacked, with "Avian" having exactly 1000 ATK.
- With its anime effect, this card is the inverse of "Magic Cylinder". It also negates an opponent's monster's attack, but is a Spell Card rather than a Trap Card and inflicts damage equal to the ATK of the target rather than that of the attacker.
- This is the only Quick-Play Spell Card in the game that cannot be activated from the hand.
- This card's limitation of being unable to be activated from the hand is essentially redundant, as Quick-Play Spell Cards cannot be activated from the hand during the opponent's turn anyway.
