  • Numbers take the form of something their original owner wants; in the case of Fuya Okudaira, it is to follow and keep his mother's expectations. As a result this card has the appearance of Fuya's mother, and she manipulated him into believing she was his mother.
  • This is the first "Number" to be female and most likely the first "Number" that will have its artwork edited in the TCG, due to soccer moms complaining about everything they think is wrong otherwise why would the TCG even edit her artwork.
  • This card's appearance is very similar to the "Allure Queen" archetype.
  • This card and "Cosmo Queen" have similar names, as both names are related to astronomy.
  • Galaxy Queen is currently the only "enemy" Numbers monster not to be destroyed in a duel.
  • When this card is in Defense Position, it's dress color is Black (as seen in its artwork). When it is in Attack Position, it's dress color is White.
    • This may be a reference to the plot of Robin's TV show. While equipped with the "Cursed Seal of Dead Max", she is in Defense Position; in Robin's TV show, Galaxy Queen is under his possession. When the "Cursed Seal of Dead Max" is destroyed and this card is in Attack Position, it becomes white colored; in Robin's TV show, while Galaxy Queen has this color, it is no longer under any possession.
  • This card's number - 83 could be related to the date 08.03 (8th March) which is International Mother/Woman's Day. The episodes she appears in highlights the bond with mother(s).
  • The initial form of this monster is a purple glowing jewel surrounded by a gold chandelier-like structure with a purple rotating skirt underneath that has gold points. When it transforms, the jewel turns into the body as the structures become its clothing and jewelry.
  • Galaxy Queen was the first Number whose unsealed form was not rendered in 3D graphics.
