* The original Lamia was a demon This monster appears in Greek mythology. She was formerly one of the many lovers artwork of Zeus, until a vengeful Hera slew her children in revenge. Apparently mad with grief, Lamia began preying on and devouring other children, turning into a demonic creature. In modern times, the name "lamia" is often synonymous with "vampire" or "ghoul[[Reptilianne Ramifications]]"(as a silhouette).

The name switches in the TCG is likely to accurately describe their appearance.
