"Superdimensional Robot Galaxy Destroyer":

This is the strongest Machine-type, the second is "Machina Force", and the third one being "Ultimate Ancient Gear Golem".

This is the 2nd Rank 10 Xyz Monster, after "Super Dreadnought Cannon Express Gustaph Max". This is also the 1st Xyz Monsters that needs 3 Level 10 monsters for its Xyz Summon.
- Interestingly, they're both Machine-Type Xyz Monsters with really long names.
  - Both also have the word "Super" in their card names.
Being called "Super Dimensional" also references it's status as an Xyz Monster, since they are said to come from another universe/dimension due to a black hole.

So far, the total of Levels of Xyz Material required to Xyz Summon this card, 30, is higher than any other Xyz Monster, released/legal or not in the OCG/TCG.
- This card's Summoning Requirements is sort of similar to "The Creator God of Light, Horakhty" and "Armityle the Chaos Phantom", as the three Egyptian God Cards and the three Sacred Beasts are all Level 10 monsters.

This monster is ascetically similar to several giant robots from popular culture:
- "Super Dimensional Robo Daiyusha", a card from anime and cardgame Cardfight!! Vanguard
- "Dyna Robo", a mecha from Kagaku Sentai Dynaman
- Scourge from Transformers: Robots In Disguise, but his head sculpt has more in common with Black Shadow's from Transformers: Victory
- Gundam

This card has the highest original ATK of all Xyz Monsters, outranking "Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon".

This is the first 3-Material Xyz Monster to be Xyz Summoned in the anime with monsters of 3 different Attributes: Ironhammer - EARTH, Gairuda - WIND, Sparrow - LIGHT.

This is the second non-Number Xyz Monster that used a portal other than the red spiral. The first being "Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon".

This is the fifth card with 5000 ATK, and the second of them to have a DEF other than 5000. The other card is "Roaring Express Train Rocket Arrow", whose DEF is 0.

This card is basically an Xyz Monster form of Heavy Storm, except that it only destorys your opponents spells.
