"Mecha Sea Dragon Plesion":

If you don't control a face-up Sea Serpent monster, you can use "A Legendary Ocean" to Normal Summon this card without Tribute.

This card works perfectly with "Atlantean" monsters. You can use "Call of the Atlanteans" (either on your turn or, preferably, your opponent's) to get "Atlantean" monsters to Tribute for this card's effect.
- If you Tribute "Atlantean Marksman", you get to destroy a face-up and a face-down card your opponent controls, or use "Atlantean Heavy Infantry" to destroy two face-up cards.
- If you control this card and "Atlantean Dragoons" with four WATER monsters in the grave, you can use this card's effect tributing "Dragoons" which lets you add "Moulinglacia the Elemental Lord" to your hand. Now you have five WATERs in the grave, letting you Summon the Ice God and discard two cards from your opponent's hand.

The easiest Sea Serpent to keep on the field for this card's Summon is "Skystarray".
