• The English version's artwork on Thunder Nyan Nyan was edited to show a smaller cup size and no cleavage.

• This card is most likely based on the Japanese legend of the Oni, ogres who often wore tigers skin clothing. Moreover, this card is similar to Lum, an Oni-girl from another planet, one of the main characters from the anime series "Urusei Yatsura," who wore a revealing tiger skin outfit and commanded electricity in her attacks.

• The drums and drum sticks this monster has are based off of the ancient Japanese deity "Raijin" (thunder meaning "rai"), the god of lighting, usually depicted carrying them (excluding the cymbals).

• This card's attack, defense, type, and attribute are all identical to "Thunder King Rai-Oh".
