This card's effect is similar to Umi and has it's first three letters in it's name. The card image is also similar.

This card is one of the members of the Attribute Field Spell Cards that support WATER monsters.

海(umi) means sea and　海豚(iruka) means dolphin. So, this card's name is in fact Sea Dolphin (despite the fact that it's Japanese name is Water World)!
