"Dragonmaid" is an archetype of Dragon monsters introduced in Deck Build Pack: Mystic Fighters.

Design

The "Dragonmaid" cards appear to be loosely inspired by the Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid series, written and illustrated by Cool-kyou Shinja. The monsters consist of the low Level maids and the high Level dragons representing the maids' true forms.

Etymology

Each monster's name seems to be a play on the roles/rooms that maids traditionally covered.

Attribute Maid Namesake Dragon German translation
LIGHT.svg LIGHT Hauskee Housekeeping N/A N/A
WATER.svg WATER Laudry Laundry Fluss River
EARTH.svg EARTH Nasary Nursery Erde Earth
WIND.svg WIND Parla Parlour Luft Air
FIRE.svg FIRE Tillroo Still room Flamme Flame

Playing style

The low Level "Dragonmaids" have different effects triggered when they're Normal/Special Summoned, and another effect that return them to the hand to summon a "Dragonmaid" with a higher Level from the hand or GY.
