Duelist Base

The Duelist Base is a type of Duelist Stationary released on November 15, 2008, with the Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG - Duelist Box, for Japan. A TCG release date, if at all, is not yet known.
It can record the Life Points of both players, and has other functions pertaining to Duels such as coin tosses, die rolls, counters, a timer, and so on. It is also capable of sound playback, and it has a digital clock.
