This is technically not an official Yu-Gi-Oh! card, since it is not in the proper format and has a different backing. It was released with the first promotional Gameboy tournaments, done with the Duel Monsters 1 game.
The entire front surface is holofoil, much like Parallel Common cards, but without the relief pattern.
