no no no i think you all don't get the concept of this. the truth of the matter is when Athena activates her eff and tributes Archlord kristya. Archlord kristya's eff of stopping special summons is negated due to the fact that the archlord is no longer on the field. however the second halve off athena eff is negated due to the fact that the cost has not been payed due to the eff or archlord kristya when she is removed from the field
" If this face-up card would be sent from the field to the Graveyard, it returns to the top of the owner's Deck, instead"
so basically if you activate Athena eff with archlord kristya all that happens is that archlord kristya is returned to the top of the deck.
