Suggestion: Enunciate the tiny differences between the English and Japanese texts like this.

Example with "Fusion Tag": https://yugipedia.com/index.php?title=Fusion_Tag&diff=4159007&oldid=3924045

(Not to be used when the effect is entirely different, like with "Prohibition".) MadRest (talkcontribs) 14:48, 25 August 2019 (UTC)

Ok, to start, why both bold and underlined? Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 14:53, 25 August 2019 (UTC)
I saw someone else add it that way. Just bold is fine, though. MadRest (talkcontribs) 17:31, 25 August 2019 (UTC)
I kind of feel like this shouldn't go directly on the main card page, though admittedly I'm no sure where else it would fit, either; the errata or rulings pages might be good places, but neither of them feels like a great choice. As for actually marking up the differences, I would suggest instead the <mark> element, which results in this, and is more semantic than plain bolding or underlining. ディノ千?!☎ Dinoguy1000 17:52, 25 August 2019 (UTC)
I personally think the mark tag would be better, but I disagree with it being in the errata page. We could have a category tag (such as "cards with different effects in the OCG/TCG"), then we could have a list all the cards with differences (including like "Prohibition", Cyber Blader", etc., but ignore archetype Conditions differences). We could also include the latest text for each version there, using the mark tag to show the difference there. GoldenDragonRider (talkcontribs) 00:27, 26 August 2019 (UTC)
