* To clarify further, the only cards that can be activated in the Damage Step are Counter Trap cards, Quick-Play Spells and Traps with ATK and/or DEF altering effects for monsters, and other cards that ''explicitly'' state that they can be activated in the Damage Step. Since [[Seismic Shockwave]] is not one of them, you wouldn't be able to activate it at that time. If, however, your opponent flipped his face-down [[Man-Eater Bug]] face-up during his/her Main Phase 1 or 2 and destroyed one of your Dinosaur-Type monsters, the timing would be correct for you to activate [[Seismic Shockwave]], so long as your opponent has 2 or less cards in his/her S/T zone. --[[User:Darth Covah|Darth Covah]] 19:26, 22 December 2008 (UTC)
