in my local tournaments theres been a huge argument on rulings for extra deck monsters in graveyards

i agree about one point that they were properly fusion/synchro/xyz summoned previously and are allowed to be special summoned back from the graveyard

however

theyre going so far to say you can use such cards as fusion materials for invoked elysium in the grave

my argument is yes they were summoned "correctly" however it ends at "correctly" and once in the graveyard "correctly" is the only word that should apply because once in the graveyard they should not keep the extra deck summoned status

what is correct statement on this

yeah, no. once a card hits the grave it is no longer "Special Summoned", let alone "Special summoned from the extra deck" and just being Properly summoned doesn't change that. Actually it has absolutely nothing to do with it for that matter.
Once a monster leaves the field, it forgets all information about how it was put on the field to begin with.
Any card that requires something like "this Xyz Summoned card" or "special summoned from Hand/deck whatever" automatically imply that they need to be on the field. in the case of Elysium, the Invoked monster can be anywhere you can fuse from but the "Monster Special summoned from teh extra deck" MUST be face-up on the field.
otherwise cards like Odd-Eyes Absolute Dragon would trigger EVERY time they leave the field, as long as it was Xyz summoned the first time around.
