- I'm just wondering if I can skip The Beginning of the End's effect of drawing cards because in 1 duel that I have I have only 1 card in my deck and so?
If I draw I would lose..but it says in the Card of Safe Return rulings if a monster will activate card of safe return's effect I can skip that draw to avoid losing,it says so right there... please...verify
