This is so bad, my ears are bleeding. Shark's voice is a nuisance, Yuma doesn't sound like its.....yuma. Kattobingu is "I got the flow" or something like that. Kotori sounds like a steriotypical blond. The "Evil Door" is fine. (I like the female echoing in the background.) Akari is called Kari, meh. Her voice is bad to, but what do you expect from 4kids? Grandma is more creepy, but has better voice acting than all the characters here combined. The music for overlay is pretty sick. Reminds me of the Egyptian Gods from 4kids.

As for poor, or should I say lucky, Tetsuo, we didn't hear his voice. As well as Astral. Let's keep it this way. 24.1.142.204 (talk) 20:58, September 30, 2011 (UTC)

This... pathetic voicing, as well as the fact that they epically FAILED with Yuma's catchphrase, actually makes me glad 4Kids destroyed my faith in them. Now I don't feel compelled to tune in to them like I did with 5D's. --Taylor Gorrell (talk • contribs) 16:26, October 1, 2011 (UTC)

• I thought 4Kids, and to a further extent, Toonzai, were going bankrupt, and that 5ds was ended to put a quick end that destroyed the possibility of ever getting one of the best arcs in yu gi oh history... I am not pleased.

Remember that its for 7ish year olds, and that Japanese and English sound nothing alike, of course the characters sound different! They are ENGLISH voices, and there is still the Subbed Versions! first of all, don't hate on the voice actors. the one who does Tori is the same girl who plays Iris from Pokemon B&W. second, you have to think about the age group it's going towards and the age group in the show. that's like saying you don't like Jaden's voice because he sounds too much of a beach guy.

Exactly my point! Thanks Mac, although you usually sign at the bottom of your post. Nothing can be done about the people who are hired to play the characters, they just use the voice they have and the script they are given, which is kinda the same really. And Yuma's catch phrase was weird even before the English version was clipped. Plus, if you want to watch 5D's final story arc, they have it in Subbed Versions, plus Hulu, has new English versions every week or something. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 18:43, October 1, 2011 (UTC)

4kids are completely butchering ZeXal, it was just so awful to watch. I'm so disapointed in it. Dub DM and GX were watchable, Dub 5Ds was messed up but this just sounds so wrong (dub Kotori is ok though I guess, Iris from Pokémon FTW xD ) and watching it will be very challenging to not cringe all the time from the awful sounding Yuuma and Shark. I like ZeXal but the 4kids version just plain sucks, ZeXal was already light hearted but 4Kids still found a way to make it horrible. I wish they lose the court case and Yugioh's license. The voice acting is horrible and the new dialogue just plain sucks "feeling the flow", "get set to get decked" honestly Kattobingu sounds so much better and I rather see kids yell kattobingu than feeling the flow.

Plus they lengthened Kotori's skirt and why? I see kids around 13 wear skirts like that anyway, seriously 4Kids ruined ZeXal.LDEvolution (talk • contribs) 05:58, October 7, 2011 (UTC)
