- Firstly you could set that out better with paragraphs, and please sign your posts with the 4 tildes.
- Secondly its Decree, not Degree
- Thirdly, why do you have Elemental Hero Neos Alias in there? (that is what "alius" means right?)
- Try to cut back on the Lightning Vortex, and the Double Summon.
- Add some more monsters, perhaps Sangan.
