Goha Enterprises, known as the Goha Corporation (ゴーハ

OverviewEdit
Goha Enterprises organizes and manages Goha City[1], controlling various aspects of the citizens' lives, including food, clothing, shelter, and Dueling, even down to restricting how Duelists can trade cards; trading cards is ridiculously complicated, as the owners have to use a regulation machine while in the presence of an official Goha Enterprises Drone rather than just hand over cards in a normal manner. Breaking these rules awards a penalty to a Duelist; after accumulating six penalties, a Duelist's account is banned and their Duel Disk is locked down.[1][2] Essentially, Goha has created a dictatorship, which even Yuga Ohdo can see; he keeps getting annoyed his creative innovations are considered "against the rules". The company is normally run by the Goha Six and Dohl. When the Goha Six are all unavailable, control of the company is given to designated persons guided and partially-controlled by Dohl, such as Mimi Imimi and the unnamed Goha President, until one or more of the Goha Six are available again.[3]
