DesignEdit
The "Goyo" monsters are designed after kabuki actors and/or Edo period police. Their effects usually consist of "holding" the opponent's monsters captive, taking control of them once they are destroyed, reflecting the fact that they are monsters used by Security to arrest criminals through Turbo Duels. Furthermore, the word "Goyō" in kanji can be translated as "arrest/apprehension" (

Playing styleEdit
The members all have effects that either Special Summons the monsters they destroy in battle to their side of the field or gain control of the opponent's monsters. This ability to control the opponent's monsters is used together with quick swarming tactics to overwhelm the opponent and allow the officers to quickly capture criminals, leaving them no exit.
