Heishin is the High Mage of the Amenhotep Dynasty. He is set on aquiring the Millennium Items to gain a great power.
Forbidden Memories biography
Heishin manages to steal six of the seven Millennium Items Using this new found power, he invades the palace where the Prince (Atem) resides. Heishin proceeds to attack Simon Muran using the Millennium Rod, as he searches for the Millennium Puzzle. Simon manages to slip the puzzle to Atem, encourageing him to take it and run. Heishin stops Atem and duels him. Defeating Atem, he attempts to claim the Puzzle, but Simon convinces the Prince to shatter the Puzzle. This resulted Simon sealing himself and Atem inside the Puzzle.

In Fobbidden Memories, Heishin's Deck contains many powerful cards including "Perfectly Ultimate Great Moth" and "B. Skull Dragon". The second time the prince faces him he includes "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" and "Gate Guardian" in his Deck.
"Exodia the Forbidden" can be won off Heishin, the second time the player faces him.
