World Championship 2007[edit]
Watapon is a Level 2 Limited Duel opponent that challenges the player to defeat it using a Deck with a Main Deck that has at least 60 cards.
World Championship 2008[edit]
Watapon is a Single Duel opponent in World Championship Mode, unlockable by defeating Marshmallon 5 times.
World Championship 2011[edit]
Watapon is part of the Downy Duo Tag Team, partnered with Spore. They are unlocked as opponents by finishing Chapter 5.
These cards can be obtained from the Memory Game after defeating Watapon and Spore.
