A Security officer stationed in the City.
A person who is unusually talented, but also very strict, inflexible and rule-abiding.
He never misses out on even the smallest violation of the rules and does not allow anyone to get away with them, regardless of whether the perpetrator is a child, one of his bosses, or the Director himself.
Tragedy befell his family due to an offense he decided to overlook during his first days at work.
After that, he changed considerably.
