AppearanceEdit
As a Duelist Construct, her appearance is based on Ishizu Ishtar, and the outfit is what she wore during the Battle City arc in the Yu-Gi-Oh! anime series. Also, the necklace around her neck is based on the Millennium Necklace which is one of the seven Millennium Items.
EtymologyEdit
Her given name "Ishizu" comes from the Ancient Egyptian goddess Isis. Her French given name "Shizu" is a nonstandard alternate spelling of her English name "Ishizu". Her surname "Ishtar" comes from Ishtar, a Mesopotamian goddess of fertility, love, war, and sex.
RewardsEdit
There are a total of six rewards that the player can earn and received after defeating the Duel Construct in a Duel. The first two rewards are cards that come from the Duel Construct's Deck and the third reward is a recipe for their Deck. Then the fourth, fifth and sixth rewards repeated the same process of the three earlier rewards, but in a harder difficulty with a different Deck. In addition, the sixth reward will allow the player to have the Duel Construct's avatar and the ability to Duel them anytime between the two difficulty.

DeckEdit
In the Yu-Gi-Oh! anime series, Ishizu plays a Deck with Fairy monsters having a Egyptian motif.
In Duel Generation, the Duelist Construct plays a Deck called Grave Fairy which doesn't use the Fairy monsters from Ishizu's Deck, contrary to this Deck Name, but instead it uses cards from the "Gravekeeper's" archetype. This Deck's main strategy is to control the Graveyard by using "Necrovalley" and to maintain field advantage by using "Gravekeeper's" monsters and Traps. While "Necrovalley" is on the field, all "Gravekeeper's" monsters gain 500 ATK and DEF, and cards in the Graveyard cannot be banished. In addition, any card effect that would move a card in the Graveyard to a different place and/or changes Types or Attributes in the Graveyard are negated. If "Necrovalley isn't on the field, then the signature card "Gravekeeper's Priestess" can treat the field as "Necrovalley" with the condition being that there are no other face-up Field Spell, and her effect can increases all "Gravekeeper's" monsters by 200 ATK and DEF. "Gravekeeper's Commandant" can be discarded to the Graveyard to search for "Necrovalley" in case "Priestress" can't activate its effect because there is a another face-up Field Spell on the field. Some "Gravekeeper's" monsters can reach to 2000 ATK or DEF due to the effect of "Necrovalley", and in turn, this Deck can go for a offensive or defensive approach depending on what "Gravekeeper's" monster is on the field. The Traps are situational cards that can provide protection from the opponent's monsters attacked or card effects.

After the player defeat Ishizu's Grave Fairy Deck three times, the next difficulty and Deck is unlocked. This Deck features the cards from the "Lightsworn" archetype which Ishizu didn't used in the Yu-Gi-Oh! anime series.
The Lightsworn Deck focuses on using the "Lightsworn" monster's effect to send cards from the top of the Deck in order to Summon "Judgment Dragon" by having four or more "Lightsworn" monsters with different names in the Graveyard. By Summoning "Judgment Dragon", the user can paid 1000 LP to destroy all other cards on the field and this effect isn't once per turn. Some "Lightsworn" monsters can activate their effect and send a number of cards from the top of the Deck to the Graveyard by either their own effects ("Celestia, Lightsworn Angel", "Garoth, Lightsworn Warrior", and "Ryko, Lightsworn Hunter") or it is automatically activated once during the End Phase.
