Ishtar, Ishizu

Ishizu Ishtar (イシズ・イシュタール, Ishizu Ishutāru) in the Japanese version, is an opponent in Yu-Gi-Oh! Nightmare Troubadour. This is a video game depiction of Ishizu Ishtar, a character from the Yu-Gi-Oh! anime.

Appearances

The player can first find Ishizu in the second map, unlocked by being invited to the Expert Cup, during the afternoon and sunset. She will ask the player to duel her as a test, and she must be encountered and defeated 3 times in order to unlock Yami Bakura as an opponent to proceed with the storyline.

After the player wins the Expert Cup, they will meet Ishizu again, who will ask them what they value more, Unity or Power. After answering, she then has the player duel Seto Kaiba, and after defeating him, depending on the answer given to her, she will give the player either "Slifer the Sky Dragon" or "Obelisk the Tormentor", and the other card is given to Yami Yugi.

Once the player defeats Odion, she fully explains the situation at hand to him and Yami Yugi - she gave them "Obelisk" and "Slifer" in order to vanquish Marik's dark personality, who has the third Egyptian God Card and must be defeated by the damage from an Egyptian God's attack.

The player can duel Ishizu normally after finishing the game.
