Ishizu Ishtar Naomi (イシズ・イシュタル・ナオミ Ishizu Ishutaru Naomi) is a character in Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters II: Dark duel Stories. This is the first depiction of Ishizu Ishtar in any media, predating her manga appearance by three months.
After defeating Maximillion Pegasus five times, the player will unlock Level 5, which will have either Ishizu Ishtar Naomi, Yami Yugi, Yami Bakura or Shadi as the only opponent. Each time the player Duels there is a small random chance that the available Level 5 opponent will change to one of the other three.

Ishizu's Deck is composed of a random assortment of 40 of the following cards.
The chance of a card being included in her Deck is indicated by the "%" (chance out of 100) and "2048th" (chance out of 2048) columns.
Victory bonuses[edit]
After defeating Ishizu a specific number of times, the player wins the following cards. After thirty wins, the cards cycle.
