Isis, known as Ishizu (イシズ Ishizu) in Japan, is a character in Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters 4: Battle of Great Duelist. This is a video game depiction of Ishizu Ishtar from the manga.
Isis is a Stage 2 opponent available after defeating all Stage 1 opponents five times each. By defeating Isis and the other Stage 2 opponents five times each, the player the player can unlock Pegasus.

Deck
Isis' Deck is mainly composed of female monsters. Having not Dueled in the manga, by the time the game was made, none of her cards from the manga were included. However, it does contain "Obelisk the Tormentor", the card which she had safeguarded before giving to Seto Kaiba, in the manga.
